Puneet completed her Masters of Physical Therapy at the University of British Columbia after completing a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Physiology and Kinesiology at Simon Fraser University.
She has clinical experience working in both public and private settings including orthopaedic injuries, workplace injuries, pre/post-natal care, incontinence, TMJ therapy and vestibular therapy. She is certified for functional dry needling, has training in pelvic health physiotherapy, vestibular/vertigo rehab and TMJ therapy.
Her interest in physiotherapy stems from leading an active lifestyle and her passion for rehabilitation grew while working as a kinesiologist. Her primary treatment approach is a combination of manual therapy, active soft tissue release, functional dry needling (IMS) and exercise prescription to help her clients achieve their goals for recovery. Outside of the clinic, Puneet likes to spend her free time travelling, hiking, and working on her fitness goals.
